A containerized substation is a complete set of power distribution equipment that arranges medium-voltage power distribution equipment, power transformers, low-voltage power distribution equipment, as well as auxiliary devices such as control, protection, metering, reactive power compensation, etc., reasonably and compactly in a fully enclosed steel box that has been treated with anti-corrosion and thermal insulation and meets the requirements of standard container dimensions and structural strength, according to a predetermined electrical main wiring scheme.
All structures and electrical systems of this type of prefabricated power transformation and distribution device are prefabricated, wired, and fully debugged in the factory. It leaves the factory as a completely finished product. After being transported to the use site, it can be directly hoisted into place as a whole, and only needs to complete the connection of external incoming and outgoing cables before it can be quickly put into live operation.
