Recently, Wondon, leveraging its excellent product quality and professional service capabilities, successfully exported a batch of MNS drawer-type low voltage switchgear to Uganda, injecting strong momentum into the local power infrastructure development. This marks a significant step forward for the company in expanding into the international market.

A Star Product in Wondon’s Portfolio

The MNS drawer-type low voltage switchgear exported to Uganda is one of Wondon’s star products. It has undergone comprehensive improvements to meet international market demands and possesses numerous significant advantages.

Flexible and Scalable Design

In terms of structural design, the MNS drawer-type low voltage switchgear adopts a modular design, with all components standardized. This facilitates flexible combination and expansion according to user needs, greatly enhancing the flexibility and scalability of the power distribution system. The drawer-type structure makes operation and maintenance more convenient and efficient. Drawers can be easily pulled out and pushed in, facilitating the inspection and replacement of internal components. Additionally, reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices are installed between the drawer and the cabinet body to ensure operational safety.

Exceptional Technical Performance

Regarding technical performance, the MNS drawer-type low voltage switchgear excels. It is suitable for three-phase, five-wire power supply systems with AC 50 (60) Hz, rated insulation voltage and working voltage of 380 (400) V, and 660V, with a rated current of up to 6300A. This makes it capable of meeting various complex power consumption needs. The cabinet structure is modular, with the basic frame assembled from KB profiles (C-shaped profiles). All structural components are either galvanized or treated with imported aluminum-coated zinc plates. The surrounding door panels, side panels, and closure plates are treated with electrostatic spraying, providing high strength and corrosion resistance. Furthermore, this product features remote monitoring capabilities, allowing real-time access to the equipment’s operating status through the network, further enhancing the intelligence level of the equipment.

Professional Project Management and Rigorous Quality Control

To ensure the smooth implementation of this export project, Wondon assembled a professional project team to rigorously control every aspect of the process, from demand analysis and scheme design to production, logistics, transportation, installation, and commissioning. At the initial stage, the team conducted in-depth communication with Ugandan customers to understand key details such as power system configuration, load demand, and operating environment. Based on this information, a customized solution for MNS drawer-type low voltage switchgear was developed.

During the production process, the company strictly adhered to international standards and customer requirements. Rigorous quality control was implemented across various aspects, including raw material procurement, processing, assembly, and commissioning, to ensure product stability and reliability.

After production, a professional logistics team was employed to ensure the products were transported safely. Upon arrival at the project site in Uganda, the company’s technical team quickly began installation and commissioning. During the installation process, the team followed strict guidelines to ensure that the cabinets were securely installed and the wiring was correct. Comprehensive testing was conducted during commissioning to ensure that the switchgear met the customer’s usage requirements.

A Step Forward for Wondon’s International Reputation

The successful export of MNS drawer-type low voltage switchgear to Uganda has not only brought substantial economic benefits to Wondon, but also enhanced the company’s reputation and influence in the international market. Ugandan customers have spoken highly of the product quality and professional services provided by the company, expressing their desire for further cooperation in the future.

The relevant person in charge at Wondon stated that the company will continue to adhere to its business philosophy of “quality first, customer supreme”. The company will continuously improve product quality and service levels, providing global customers with superior low-voltage power distribution solutions. Moreover, Wondon will closely monitor changes in international market demand and technological trends, continuously innovating and improving products to meet growing customer needs. This cooperation with Uganda is just the beginning, and the company looks forward to expanding its business to more countries and regions, contributing to the development of the global power industry.
